due to COVID-19 the entire shop is currently selling at a discount indefinitely and we can no longer accept returns, only exchanges. all exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of order delivery.
full price items
we do hope you love your new item, but if you are dissatisfied in any way, we will gladly accept exchanges on full price items only, when postmarked within 14 days of order delivery. full price items can be exchanged for a new item or store credit only.
the exchanged merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. swim must still have its hygienic liner intact. exchanged items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. we reserve the right to deny any exchange. once the original item purchased has been returned, all exchanges will be processed and shipped out as soon as possible - and free of charge.

in addition to our shipping charge, international shipments will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and you will be required to pay any customs and fees due at the time of entry.
