DOMESTIC RETURN INFORMATION
all returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of order delivery. the returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. swim must still have its hygienic liner intact. we reserve the right to deny any return. returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. returns will be processed within one week of receipt. refunds are credited to the original form of payment minus the cost of shipping. if your order was more than $150.00 and you received free shipping, $8.00 will be deducted from your return as a return processing fee.
full price items
we hope you love your new item, but if you are dissatisfied in any way, we will gladly accept returns on items purchased at full retail value when postmarked within 7 days of order delivery.
full price items purchased using a discount (excluding the newsletter subscriber discount code) are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
need a different size? orders may be exchanged free of charge once original item purchased has been returned.
sale items
sale items, along with full price product purchased using any discount code are exchange/store credit only. your store credit never expires.
sale items purchased using a discount code are final sale.
jewelry, fragrances, sunglasses & apothecary are final sale.
sample sale purchases are final sale.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN INFORMATION
in addition to our shipping charge, international shipments will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and you will be required to pay any customs and fees due at the time of entry.
international orders are final sale and ineligible for exchange or refund. we want you to be happy with your purchase, so please reach out with any questions you may have.
