SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION

SHIPPING

tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped. it is our goal that orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following business week. please note we do have to extend lead times for shipping at the moment.

the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages. all items will be packaged and shipped with extreme care.

we now offer expedited shipping. please note, we will process shipments within the outlined time below, but we are not responsible for any delays controlled by our shipping carriers. 

shipping options:

ground shipping:

  • 5-9 business days (processing time 1-6 days, shipping duration 1-4 days)
    $10 for orders under $300, free for orders $300 and over.

     

    domestic shipping

    domestic shipping in the united states is currently FREE for all orders over $300. although, we have the right to revert free shipping at any time. 

    domestic orders under $300 are a flat rate of $10.

    we ship all domestic orders USPS & UPS.

    if your package is returned to us for any reason, we do charge an $10 reshipment fee. 

    international shipping

    international shipping is currently FREE for all orders over $500. although, we have the right to revert free shipping at any time.

    we ship international orders UPS or DHL express

    international shipping charges for orders under $500 are calculated at checkout. 

    in addition to our shipping charge, international shipments will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and you will be required to pay any customs and fees due at the time of entry. 

    in order to reduce emissions, all international orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.

    esby will gladly accept returns on full price unworn, unwashed, and unused esby products within 15 days of delivery & will cover the costs for shipping on all U.S. domestic returns.

    full price items purchased with a discount code or during a promotion (excluding the newsletter/SMS promo code) are only eligible for exchange or store credit. if a promotion is deeply discounted, it will be noted on our front page if the promo is final sale. 

    sale items are FINAL SALE. sale items include all items ending in ".99". all sale items that also use any promo code are also final sale.

    the returned/exchanged merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. swim must still have its hygienic liner intact. returned/exchanged items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the packing slip. we reserve the right to deny any return or exchange. once the original item purchased has been returned, all refunds will be processed to their original form of payment  within 7-14 business days of receipt. please note that return processing may experience delays during high volume periods. please allow additional processing time for your bank to post the refund to your account.

    you will receive an email notification when your refund is complete. we do not reimburse shipping fees. if you received free shipping due to your order total, we will deduct $10 from your refund. exchanges will be shipped out within 1-6 business days free of charge.

    face masks, gift cards, jewelry, fragrances, books, art, sunglasses & apothecary items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased. items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

    PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

    please note, we will accept price adjustments for store credit only within 7 business days of a newly discounted price provided the exact style and size is available in our inventory. this is a firm policy.
