A LETTER FROM ESBY ABOUT COVID - 19

dear valued customers and friends,⠀
⠀   ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
steph here with some updates from esby. i want to start by saying thank you from everyone at esby for your continued love and support during this unprecedented time. we also want to share an abundance of gratitude for every healthcare worker and essential person who selflessly sacrifice themselves each day on the frontlines of this crisis. we can't say THANK YOU enough.

while protection is more important than ever at this time, we are happy to announce a new initiative at esby. while working closely with Open Arms Studio, a non-profit that provides sewing training and living wage work for refugees right here in austin, we are producing 2-ply face masks made from esby’s no-waste fabrics. for every face mask sold, one will be donated. these are now available for pre-order on our site and will be shipping in the next 1-2 weeks.

our retail shop is now open by appointment only, and our online shop is fully operational so you can continue to support from afar.
please also note that we continue to use extreme care while packaging and shipping out your orders. the safety of our employees and our customers is our highest priority. only one person is at the shop on shipping days as we continue to work from home and practice social distancing. please allow for extra shipping and processing at this time.
please stay home and stay healthy and continue to support local and small businesses whenever possible.
much love,
stephanie
