PLEASE NOTE

the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages. all items will be packaged and shipped with extreme care.

domestic shipping is currently FREE for all orders over $150.00. although, we have the right to revert free shipping at any time. allow 5-9 business days for your order to arrive.

IN-STORE PICKUP OPTION - please call us at 512.243.8901 to place an order for in-store pick up. you are charged at the time of the phone order and your order will be on hold for you at the shop. 

tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped. orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following business week.

esby apparel will ship all items labeled as pre-sales once the item is available. your card will be charged at the time of your order. you will receive an email confirmation when your order ships. esby cannot accommodate rush shipping terms until items are in stock and once pre-sales have ended.

in addition to our shipping charge, international shipments will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and you will be required to pay any customs and fees due at the time of entry.

DOMESTIC RETURN INFORMATION

we hope you love your new item, but if you are dissatisfied in any way, we will gladly accept returns on full price items when postmarked within 7 days of order delivery. the returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. we reserve the right to deny any return. returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. returns will be processed within one week of receipt. refunds are credited to the original form of payment minus the cost of shipping. if your order was more than $150.00 and you received free shipping, $8.00 will be deducted from your return as a return processing fee.

need a different size? orders may be exchanged free of charge once original item purchased has been returned.

sale items, along with full price product purchased using any discount code are exchange/store credit only. your store credit never expires. sale items purchased using a discount code are final sale. 

jewelry, fragrances, sunglasses & apothecary are final sale. 

sample sale purchases are final sale.

full-price esby items purchased using the new subscriber promo code are eligible for refund.

full-price swimwear is eligible for refund (minus the cost of shipping) if postmarked within 7 days of receipt. swimwear must be free of any signs of wear & hygienic liner must not be removed. please be mindful of deodorant or other body products as any residue will render the garment ineligible for refund. 

if eligible for exchange or refund, packages must be postmarked within 7 days of order delivery.

TERMS OF SERVICE

sales tax is charged on orders shipped within Texas at our local tax rate.

esby does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on esbyapparel.com. if the item selected for purchase is not available, we will contact you as soon as realized to notify you of the cancellation.

all prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. in the instance that an item has been listed incorrectly, esby reserves the right to refuse sale at the incorrect price and will offer the item at the corrected price.

upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically generated confirming the purchase intent.  this receipt does not become a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraud, discovery of an incorrect price, or any other reason we see fit. if your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, esby will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the purchase.
